Loving yourself

I was scanning through my youtube favorites and came across this very inspiring video, called  “As I began to love myself”

When watching it for the first time about 2 years ago, it really moved me, and I could only wish that I would be able to Love myself enough one day to relate to it.
I remember how my thoughts were launching a feeling of loss and emotional suffering but it magically and instantly stopped when I returned to the first statement:

I found that anguish and emotional suffering are only warning signs that I was living against my own truth.
Today, I know this is  “AUTHENTICITY”
