Do you recognize the need or habit to help people suffer less by giving them advice on how to change perception!
We all want to help in a way to make the other feel and perform better, right?!
Did you also noticed how in many cases we fail at our attempts because the person you are trying to help is not open for solutions yet?
He or she simply want to be heard first,  sharing  intimate feelings of pain, disappointment or anxiety!

There is great healing in the moment that you just listen!

Any urge to correct or advice the person should be ignored! Just Listen while being fully in the moment and see how that magically works!

Many great teachers and authors talk about this topic of compassionate listening.
